Do you work with children and babies?
Absolutely. Children are far more likely to suffer from skin conditions than adults, so many of our patients are little ones. Kohei works through it with the parent as much as the child, so you know what you are doing and why at every stage.
How does the free discovery session work?
It’s a relaxed 15-minute conversation about what’s going on and how Kohei may be able to help, so you can decide whether to book an initial consultation. No pressure, no obligation.
Can I keep taking my current medication?
Yes. Naturopathic care is complementary — it works alongside your existing care. Kohei will never tell you to stop a prescribed medication without your wish to and a conversation with your doctor first.
What happens during a first consultation?
The initial consultation is 75 minutes. You complete a health questionnaire beforehand, then you talk through your history, lifestyle and diet in depth. You leave with a temporary plan to get started, and a fully personalised plan the following week.
How long until I see a change?
Every case and every individual is unique, so timeframes vary. Some people notice changes within weeks; deeper change takes longer. After your initial consultation you’ll receive a tailored Estimated Progress Timeline.
